* Lead the development and implementation of proactive risk management strategies to promote a safety-first culture across all operations.
* Empower your team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service through coaching and mentoring.
* Drive operational excellence, ensuring revenue, cost, and profit goals are consistently met through effective planning and execution.
* Oversee equipment maintenance, transport, and hire operations to ensure maximum fleet availability and reliability, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
* Embed a Lean/Continuous Improvement mindset to boost productivity and reduce waste, enhancing efficiency and profitability.
* Implement a Customer-First approach focused on quality, reliability, and zero defects, exceeding customer expectations and fostering loyalty.
* Manage budgets, monitor costs, and optimize branch performance against key financial KPIs, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, fostering collaboration and partnership.
* Provide regular reports to the General Manager/Director on operational performance, strategic opportunities, and branch profitability, informing business growth and development.
