This is a pivotal role in managing critical project documentation and supporting the project controller in handling internal and external submissions.Key duties/responsibilitiesManage Document Flow: Maintain control of all project-related documentation, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.Data Management: Organize, catalog, and archive project documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and in compliance with industry standards.Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to facilitate efficient document sharing, revision control, and data accuracy.Quality Assurance: Monitor document processes, identifying and rectifying discrepancies to maintain the highest quality standards.Compliance: Ensure all documentation adheres to industry regulations and internal standards.What do we need from youPrior experience in similar role within a professional services or consultancy environmentIndustry experience in engineering, rail, energy or aerospace highly desired.Extensive experience in document control, ideally in an engineering or construction environmentStrong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detailProficiency in document management software (TeamBinder/InEight and SharePoint) and Microsoft Office SuiteEffective time management and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks effectively within a time pressurized environmentHighly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with stakeholders at all levelsA commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentialitySelf-aware, collaborative and solution orientedWhat's in it for you?We are open to considering this role on a full-time, part-time or job-share basis.
