Overview
Burando Hill is seeking a practical and customer-focused Sales and Parts Representative to join our Geraldton team. This is a varied role that combines territory sales, reseller support, parts interpretation, counter sales, and day-to-day branch support. It will suit someone who enjoys working with customers, understands agricultural machinery and parts, and can move confidently between sales activity and hands-on branch work. Based in Geraldton, this position supports sales growth across the local territory while also assisting customers at branch level.
In this role, you will
* support sales of whole goods, parts, and related products across the Geraldton territory
* assist and develop relationships with resellers, trade customers, and end users
* prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up customer enquiries
* provide front counter and phone sales support
* assist customers to identify the correct parts and products for their needs
* coordinate stock, deliveries, freight, and order follow-up
* maintain accurate customer and sales information in the company's business systems
* contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Geraldton branch
About you
* experience in sales, parts interpretation, account support, customer service, or a similar role
* sound knowledge of agricultural machinery, equipment, and parts, or the ability to learn quickly
* strong communication and customer relationship skills
* a practical and organised approach to work
* the ability to follow through customer enquiries and sales opportunities in an orderly manner
* competent computer skills and confidence working within business systems
* A forklift licence would be an advantage, but is not essential.
