The role:
As a Retail Supervisor with Visual Merchandising duties at our Earlville store, you will support the store leadership team in daily operations and team supervision, leading by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences through strong product knowledge and service. You will assist in achieving business objectives and KPIs, while maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising to create an engaging and shoppable environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Create a customer-centric, supportive, and development-focused store culture that delivers exceptional people and customer experiences.
* Support all aspects of store operations, including stock, shrinkage, presentation, promotions, and sales readiness.
* Collaborate with leadership to achieve retail KPIs (Sales, People, Audit & Compliance, Visual Merchandising, Wages).
* Provide product expertise and assist customers with selection and recommendations.
* Lead shifts as needed, managing opening/closing, cash, security, and team performance.
* Train, support, and provide feedback to team members, reporting outcomes to leadership.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards, including displays, layouts, and promotional execution.
* Support execution of operational and business tasks assigned by store leadership.
* Ensure a safe, compliant, and positive work environment, adhering to all policies and escalating issues when necessary.
What we are looking for:
* Experience in a customer-facing retail, hospitality, or service environment, preferably with exposure to visual merchandising.
* Ability to drive sales performance and manage operations to achieve targets and KPIs.
* Developing leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and hands-on approach to store operations and team engagement.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
