Job Description
A Team Leader is sought to join our ACT team and help us achieve our goals. You will provide leadership and direction to your team of rehabilitation consultants, engage with customers, and maintain a caseload of your own.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Providing leadership and coaching to consultants
* Overseeing the team's performance and quality
* Building strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders
* Exploring new opportunities and growth areas
* Undertaking a range of assessments and case work
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or Rehabilitation Counselling
* At least 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation
* A willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence compulsory)
* A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees
* An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with diverse cultural groups
* A passion for mentoring and coaching
* Proven written and verbal communication skills
* Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service to large customers
* A keen sense of punctuality and time management
