Key Responsibilities
- Based at our Queensland office in Mackay your role will include: Travel regularly throughout Queensland to provide support for the TyreSense product at mining operations and corporate offices.
- Conduct system audits and health checks, providing recommendations for hardware and system replacements to ensure optimal reliability of TyreSense.
- Perform product installations at OEM facilities and client mining operations, ensuring adherence to TyreSense standards.
- Train and upskill key end users and assist RIMEX sales staff with technical queries and application scoping.
- Analyse the value of TyreSense offerings and provide recommendations for product health improvements.
About You
- A background in Auto Electrical, Electronics, or Communications. (Whilst desirable not essential)
- Experience with power and hand tools.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to use various software systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to safely handle equipment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with risk assessment and hazard identification processes.
- A commitment to our strict zero drug and alcohol tolerance policy.
- A current C Class Driver’s Licence.
