GR Employment Ltd is recruiting for a Multi-Drop Courier Driver on behalf of one of our customers in Northampton, the Brackmills area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily delivery and collection of shipments to and from customers. This role is essential in upholding the company's values and ethos, delivering service with speed, passion, and a can-do attitude.
You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure.

Shift pattern
* Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM (start and finish times may vary depending on volumes)
Hourly Rate: £14.25 per hour
Shift Premium: Extra £2.71 per hour after 7.00 pm
Saturday Premium: Extra £1.18 per hour
Sunday Premium: Extra £2.20 per hour
Overtime
After 45 hours per week (Monday to Sunday): Time and a Half
Bank Holidays: Time and a Half
Christmas Day & Good Friday: Double Time
Job Responsibilities
* As a Multidrop Driver, you will be measured on customer satisfaction and the successful completion of time-definite deliveries and collections.
* As a frontline representative of the company, you are expected to carry out all tasks with a strong customer-focused approach.
* You must demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet customer expectations.
* While you will be assigned a specific geographical route, flexibility is essential, as you may occasionally be required to cover alternative routes to support business needs.
* You will also be responsible for scanning shipments and working quickly and efficiently to ensure warehouse deadlines are met.
* The role requires the ability to make sound decisions and perform effectively under pressure.
Job Qualifications
* Full UK driving license
* Minimum of 2 years' driving experience
* Courier experience is preferred but not essential
* Security Training will be given when required
* At least 21 years old and have no more than 9 penalty points on your driving licence within the last 3 years (for insurance purposes)
