Job Responsibilities
1. Support injured individuals in their recovery, return to work, and daily life following injury or illness;
2. Conduct comprehensive assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios;
3. Facilitate people's recovery and return to pre-injury employment using clinical skills and knowledge;
4. Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
About You
* Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Osteopath, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist (with relevant professional membership);
* Passion for working in occupational rehabilitation;
* Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
* Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities;
* Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach;
* Commitment to continuous improvement.
