* Drive Efficiency: Oversee our FIIX maintenance CRM, ensuring seamless scheduling and workflow visibility.
* Engineer Excellence: Optimise our machinery, spearhead new installations, and revamp existing systems for better reliability and output.
* Plan Ahead: Build robust preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to keep us running smooth.
* Own the Numbers: Manage budgets for capital projects and operations like a pro.
* Collaborate Cross-Team: Work hand-in-hand with Production, QA, and NPD to bring new ideas to life.
* Champion Compliance: Maintain audit-ready records and uphold WHS, food safety, and environmental standards.
* Lead Projects: Drive site developments, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
* Act Fast: Respond effectively to machinery breakdowns without compromising safety or quality.
What You Bring to the Table
* A trade qualification in electrical (A Class) and mechanical—ideally both.
* Proven success in leading and mentoring teams in a manufacturing environment.
* Sharp mechanical insight and top-tier problem-solving skills.
* An unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and progress.
* Organisational wizardry, great time management, and clear communication.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
