Position: Home Care Partner – Katanning / Care Partner – At Home Services
What you’ll do
- Support clients in their own homes with quality complex care and assistance
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry, showering, continence support, grooming, dressing, food preparation, medication assistance, social support and transport
- Develop genuine connections with clients to help them live their best possible lives
- Availability ideally Monday to Friday
To support you in your role
- Comprehensive orientation program including training and buddy shifts

- Pay rate: $32.74 – $33.82 per hour + Casual Loading + Superannuation + Km rate for travel + Salary Sacrifice packaging benefits
What we need from you
- Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance to transport clients
- Strong communication, resilience and patience
- Proficient use of smartphone technology, apps and email
