We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow System Engineer with strong expertise in the HRSD module, ServiceNow Protected Platform (SPP), and Service Management modules. This is a dynamic role focused on platform migration, system administration, and continuous service improvement.
Your new role
* Lead migration to ServiceNow Protected Platform (SPP)
* Administer, design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
* Manage platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
* Implement workflows, integrations, and automation
* Ensure compliance with Essential 8 Maturity Level 2 security standards
* Troubleshoot technical issues and support operational environments
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs
* Promote platform adoption and contribute to team culture and knowledge sharing
Technical Expertise
* 3-5 years of ServiceNow development/engineering experience
* Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, and ATF
* Strong experience with HRSD module configuration and customisation
* Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs
* Knowledge of CMDB, ITIL processes, and performance tuning
* Familiarity with ISM security compliance and role-based access control
* ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, Application Developer, HRSD preferred)

* Security Clearance Requirements: Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold a minimum Baseline security clearance. Candidates without the required clearance will not be considered.
* Location: Canberra, ACT -based candidates only, due to the collaborative and interactive nature of the role.
