Overview
Come and join a progressive organisation delivering community-led programs with the Northern Territory's largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service. Full-time contract (37.5 hours per week), Aboriginal Identified position. Salary: $77,688 – $86,424 per annum. Total Effective Package: $97,913 – $107,830.
About the role
The Administration Officer provides high-standard and confidential client-focused services and support. The position acts as the face of the Healthy Kids Clinic, greeting and triaging all clients and visitors, and works closely with the clinic team to meet the needs of clients. The position provides high-level administrative support to the Healthy Kids Clinic, including existing and future developed programs located within the Child Health Engagement Team.
Responsibilities
Provide high-standard confidential client-focused services and support.
Greet and triage all clients and visitors at the Healthy Kids Clinic.
Assist the clinic team in meeting client needs.
Provide administrative support to the Healthy Kids Clinic and Child Health Engagement Team programs.
Qualifications
Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar, or previous experience working in a high-activity receptionist or administrative role.
Ability to maintain a high level of privacy and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines and work while under pressure.
Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Suite.
Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations.
NT Driver's Licence or the ability to obtain one.
