Job Overview
* Strategically lead the development, coaching, and support of HR and Volunteer teams.
* Provide advisory services to managers on HR and volunteer-related matters.
* Oversee staff and volunteer recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, induction, and training processes.
* Design and implement employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives.
* Act as organisational lead and liaison in all Enterprise Bargaining and Industrial Relations matters.
* Audit and provide payroll support for compliance with EBAs, Awards, and related legislation.
* Ensure organisational WHS, including RTW processes, WHS, IR, and RTWSA compliance.
* Offer WHS advice and support to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
* Develop policies, procedures, and business plans for people, safety, and volunteer functions.
