* Deliver high-quality patient-centred clinical care to residents
* Supervise and support care teams effectively
* Oversee comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized care plans
* Ensure safe medication management practices
* Comply with industry-recognized Aged Care Quality Standards
The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting best practice, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of dignity and respect.
* Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Desirable: experience in aged care or home care settings
* Desirable: previous experience living and working in regional/remote areas
* Current Police Check
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and clinical skills
