Business Development Manager
The Australian Institute of Company Directors is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our Marketing, Sales, and Engagement department.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the Northern Territory market.
o Broaden professional networks and cultivate relationships with senior leaders and directors.
o Drive initiatives to improve the member experience and foster a collaborative 'One Team' culture.
o Represent the organisation at key events and provide leadership support to State Management teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Senior sales and commercial experience with a proven track record of business development and relationship building.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
* Gravitas, self-leadership, and ability to command a room.
* Exceptional networking, stakeholder management, and relationship management skills.
* Proven teamwork and influencing skills.
