Membrey's Transport & Crane Hire is a 60 year old family owned business looking to appoint an administrative and accounts assistant.
Reporting to: Administration Manager
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm
**Responsibilities / Duties**:
Accounts assistant - training will be provided for payables & receivables.
Invoicing
Debt Collecting
Office Stationery orders
Banking & Post Office
Answering phones, taking messages, dealing with customer enquiries
Merchandising - organising uniforms and printing point of contact
Keeping clothing and merch room tidy
Assisting with providing materials to sales for promotional purposes
General tidying around the office
Tidying of kitchen as necessary
Ad hoc duties as required
**Requirements**:
Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication skills
High level attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Previous working experience as an administrative and accounts assistant or similar (1 Year minimum)
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dandenong, VIC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts & Administration: 2 years (required)
