About the Role
Poolwerx Oceanreef is seeking a reliable and motivated Swimming Pool Technician to join our professional team. This full-time role involves maintaining and repairing residential and commercial swimming pools across the Ocean Reef to Mindarie area. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy safe, clean, and fully functioning pools all year round.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct routine pool servicing: water testing, chemical balancing, cleaning filters, and general maintenance
* Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and chlorinators
* Install and plumb new equipment such as chlorinators, pumps, and filters
* Provide expert advice to customers on pool care and maintenance
* Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For
* Solid technical knowledge of pool systems and equipment
* Hands-on experience with installing and plumbing pool equipment
* Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Friendly, professional approach to customer service
* Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule
* Previous experience in pool servicing, plumbing, or similar trade (preferred)
* Manual driver's licence
