About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function, overseeing industrial relations, employment relations, coaching and mentoring of managers in the application of HR policies and practices.
They will also be responsible for leading performance management processes and possessing experience in leadership and people management.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of and ability to interpret relevant Acts, Awards and Legislation principles.
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Development or other relevant fields are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrated experience managing a HR function in a highly regulated industry
* Qualifications in HR (or related)
* Leadership and people management
* Leading learning & development, workforce planning or attraction and retention strategies at a senior level in a complex organisation
