About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Palliative Care Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of consumers and their families.
This role supports clients through expert assessment, planning and delivery of person-centred, compassionate end-of-life care. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team to ensure quality, safety and excellence in every aspect of care.
What You'll Bring
* A tertiary qualification in Nursing and current AHPRA registration
* Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in the aged care sector
* Experience working in Palliative Care is highly desirable
* An NDIS Worker Screening Check and full working rights in Australia
