Task & Responsibilities
* Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
* Measure, cut, and install plasterboard, fibre cement sheets, and other wall and ceiling materials
* Fix wall and ceiling linings, including suspended ceilings and partition systems
* Apply finishing techniques such as jointing, setting, sanding, and smoothing surfaces
* Ensure all installations are level, secure, and compliant with specifications
* Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with WHS requirements
* Coordinate with other trades on-site to ensure timely project completion
Qualification & Experience
* At least 3 years of relevant full-time work experience as a Fibrous Plasterer / Ceiling & Wall Fixer
* Strong ability to read and interpret plans and measurements
* Good knowledge of plastering materials, tools, and techniques
* High attention to detail and quality workmanship
* Strong problem-solving and time management skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
