As part of the CFC group, Cape\'s team are industry leaders in the installation of cabling for power and communication infrastructure, as well as pipelines for water, gas, sewer and storm water applications. We also specialise in Crushing and Screening works.
Due to various exciting contract wins, Cape Dunstans seek applications from suitably experienced and qualified Project Administrators wanting to carve a career with us. The successful candidate will assist the project team with administrative tasks, documentation, scheduling, and coordination to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Provide administration support to the Project Manager and team.
* Maintaining registers and trackers related to their role.
* Scanning and emailing daily Timesheets/dockets.
* Recording material released to internal labour.
* Liaising with supervisor regarding stakeholder related issues and complaints.
* Processing purchase requests for tools/consumables via Cape internal system.
* Assist with document control and records management.
* Liaise with HR and Recruitment to assist with the completion of mobilisation and demobilisation, including coordination of flights, inductions and accommodation.
* Assist with general cost control duties including, invoicing, goods receipting, scanning delivery dockets, MR creation and maintenance and expense claims.
* End of Month Processing including Subcontractor and Contractor Progress Claims.
* Before you Dig (BYDA) when required.
* Preparing meeting rooms, agendas, attend meetings, take minutes and distribute.
Desirable experience / Qualifications
* Previous site administration and/or site mobilisation experience.
* The ability to expertly assemble and maintain project documents for projects using MS Office Suites.
* Advanced quality control and records management skills.
* Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills.
* You have high level of attention to detail coupled with speed and efficiency.
* You are a relationship driven individual who can manage tight schedules and changing priorities.
* You have the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced working environment, but also be an integral Cape work family team member.
