Job Description
Liebherr Australia is seeking an experienced and professional coordinator to support our Global Product Management Team based in Perth, Australia.
You will assist in report preparation, document management, data entry, travel planning, meeting coordination and provision of contract management support.
* Address internal and external customer enquiries
* Update and maintain databases and systems
* Assist in the development and maintenance of business processes and procedures for the Product Management Team
* Coordinate site mobilisations, enter and process travel requests / travel itineraries and compile / process expense claims
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
2. Manage and update databases and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
3. Contribute to the development and maintenance of business processes and procedures
4. Coordinate logistical aspects of site mobilisation
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Cert IV in relevant discipline or at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience
* High attention to detail and effective communication skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
* Identification and resolution of potential issues
* Analytical skills
* Customer service skills (advanced)
