Administration Coordinator

Description
Position Description:
Understand the operations of the business to appropriately deliver administration support and function for the business
Liaise between different departments and provide support to internal stakeholders
Develop and implement administrative processes that align the two businesses
Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
Prepare and provide periodical reporting to Reporting Manager on prospect, new and existing opportunities
Generating POs and receipting of goods in line with the company\'s procedures
Scanning and entering data
Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer and business outcomes
Candidate's Profile
Capability Profile:
Project Management, Waste Operations, Sales or Business qualifications or equivalent (desired but not essential)
2+ years project management experience
Industry knowledge (desirable, not essential)
Commercial management
High level problem solving
Advanced IT literacy
Flexibility and adaptability
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work in Jandakot and Gingin (6503)
