Role
The Chief Digital Transformation Officer will be a key member of CHQ\'s Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Health Service Chief Executive. This executive leadership role is accountable for shaping and driving CHQ\'s digital health strategy, ensuring innovation, efficiency, and integration across the organisation. You will lead enterprise architecture, ICT operations, and the digital health reform agenda, providing oversight of technology roadmaps, governance, and partnerships. Importantly, this role will position CHQ at the forefront of digital transformation, enabling more effective, accessible, and patient-centred care.
Responsibilities
* Lead digital health strategy across CHQ and drive enterprise architecture, ICT operations, and the digital health reform agenda.
* Provide oversight of technology roadmaps, governance, and partnerships to enable transformation at scale.
* Shape innovation, efficiency, and integration to support more effective, accessible, and patient-centred care.
Qualifications
* A proven track record in delivering large-scale digital health and ICT transformation in complex organisations
* Expertise in enterprise architecture, digital strategy, ICT governance, and risk management
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse partners
* Highly developed leadership skills, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams and deliver innovative solutions
* Strategic thinking and agility to align digital transformation to organisational and public health priorities
