About The Procurement Team
Woolworths Group’s Procurement team is a Group-wide function providing thought leadership, and Leading Practice Procurement methods to deliver a service that adds value to our business partners across the Group ecosystem and supports the delivery of Strategic objectives. The team is positioned to drive change and continuous improvement across the business whilst continually focused on providing excellent experiences to the Team (stakeholders) and Customers.
About The Role
We are looking to expand our dynamic team of Program Management Individuals whose focus is to support the operational functions of the Woolworths Group to deliver their 2025 strategic objectives. We are looking for an individual with prior or current Procurement/Consulting/Learning and Development experience wishing for a new challenge within a successful corporate leader that utilises creativity and operational expertise to drive successful business outcomes.
Your role will sit within our large Strategy, Programs and Operations Team and will lead the development and rollout of our Team Culture and Capability Programs. Key responsibilities include:
4. Ownership of the Capability Framework Roll-out and its continuous improvement
5. Ownership of the Culture program and its continuous improvement
6. Development of our 'Market Insights' capability - Leveraging external organizations for Market Insights to support the team
7. Own, craft and shape the storyboard of the Procurement Capability and Culture Programs throughout their lifecycle to resonate across the complex stakeholder group and cover the multi-faceted needs of the organisation.Support, Develop and utilise Programme Governance and Reporting structures to expedite issue resolution and decision-making and drive the overall accomplishment of your work stream
About You

We are looking forward to hearing how you may have demonstrated these capabilities whilst also thinking about your relevant experience. You will have:
8. Proven expertise and experience in similar roles within a large corporation rolling out and or managing a career development program
9. Minimum 4 years of Procurement / Learning and Development / Consulting experience with promotion between levels
10. A proactive individual with High-level Stakeholder Management Skills and demonstrable organisational and coordination skills.
11. Strong slide development ‘StoryTelling’ and presentation skills to support the rollout and change management journey of our team members
12. Ability to read data and drive insights on Learning and Development progress/needs
13. Strong end-to-end program management skills
14. Well-developed problem-solving toolkit with a creative mindset that brings clarity to ambiguity.
15. Strong track record in delivering quality outcomes
16. Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills with demonstrated ability to influence & gain credibility with senior stakeholders and project teams.
17. Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed; to multi-task and prioritise and manage workloads and be a valued contributor to the team.
18. Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
19. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
20. Prior experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:
21. Transformation Project Management (Mandatory)
22. Stakeholder Management (Mandatory)
23. Change and Communications (Highly Regarded)
24. Proficient in collaboration software tools such as Google Suite, Trello, and Jam Board would be beneficial
