critical new market
: the safe and sustainable recycling of
airbag inflators and seatbelt pretensioners
. In partnership with
Lacero Solutions
– a global leader in pyrotechnic recycling technology – ReSource will be the
exclusive Australian partner
for this breakthrough equipment and process.

The Role
We are looking for a
highly connected, commercially driven Business Development Manager
with strong relationships across:
* Automotive OEMs
(Toyota, Ford, Hyundai, Mazda, etc.)
* Tier 1 suppliers
* Dealer networks
You will lead the charge in
building relationships, securing contracts, and growing ReSource's automotive customer base
for airbag and seatbelt recycling – while also introducing our e-waste and ITAD solutions to this sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting OEMs, dealer groups, and recyclers.
* Leverage your existing network to secure pilots, trials, and commercial agreements.
* Promote ReSource's full suite of services, including e-waste and ITAD.
* Represent ReSource at industry events and conferences.
* Report on pipeline, sales forecasts, and market trends to leadership.
About You
We want a
connector, influencer, and deal-closer
who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
You will bring:
* 5+ years in B2B business development or account management.
* Strong, current
relationships with decision-makers
in the automotive sector.
* Proven track record of building new business and closing deals.
* Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
* Passion for sustainability, safety, and innovation.
Bonus:
Experience with recall programs, hazardous materials, or recycling/waste management.
