We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Supply Chain & Operations team and support the Oceania Supply Chain processes.
The successful candidate will drive business improvement through commercial insight, collaboration, and financial discipline.
They will work closely with senior management supply chain teams across both Australia and NZ to achieve key performance objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely and accurate local and corporate reporting requirements.
* Provide commercial support, insight, and challenge to Logistics & Warehouse teams.
* Focus on key value drivers related to operational effectiveness, capital effectiveness, and recovery maximisation.
* Support the improvement in core controls and compliance.
* Provide general financial and commercial analysis and support to the Supply Chain function as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in accounting, commercial or financial management, or other relevant discipline.
* 2-3 years of relevant working experience in an Analyst / Senior Analyst role.
* Commercial experience in a FMCG manufacturing or large operating environment.
* Site/manufacturing Finance or Supply Chain Finance experience.
* Strong Excel modelling and written skills.
