Key Duties & Responsibilities:

* Oversee employee onboarding and HR documentation.
* Coordinate staff training and professional development.
Project & Client Support:
* Assist with project administration and documentation.
* Coordinate client meetings and maintain records.
* Manage contracts, permits, and compliance requirements.
* Support architects with submissions and reports.
Office Coordination & Culture:
* Ensure a productive office environment.
* Organize team-building activities and company events.
* Oversee health and safety compliance.
* Act as a liaison between management and staff.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong administrative and organizational skills, experience in office management, administration, or operations, preferably in an architectural, engineering, or construction firm. You should also have experience handling financial tasks, such as invoicing, payroll, and expense tracking. Familiarity with architectural or construction project workflows is ideal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is essential.
