The Senior Business Analyst will have extensive proven experience and will play a vital role in identifying key business challenges and translating into clearly documented requirements in a complex environment.

We require a Senior Business Analyst with the following specialisations:

* CRM Case Management Specialist – This position requires focus on uplifting our existing Commission Operating System (COS) with a new robust CRM Platform (Salesforce). It's expected the Senior Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, business/system process mapping, inclusive of system configuration as needed. This role is also responsible for aligning the CRM analysis capabilities and outcomes with Business Analyst functions in other program streams (Data, Infrastructure, etc), the program Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and the legacy platform (COS) stakeholders. The successful candidate needs to possess a strong expertise in CRM implementations, business, and stakeholder engagement (internal/external) and the proven ability to translate business needs into viable technical solutions, which are fit for purpose, scalable and meet the needs of business. We require a resource who can navigate the complexities of a large transformational government program, providing both strategic guidance and practical hands-on support, ensuring a successful outcome for the project and program.

Key duties and responsibilities

Duties may include but are not limited to:

* Define analysis approaches and undertake objective, systematic analysis and draw accurate conclusions based on evidence
* Gather and investigate information from a variety of sources, and explore new ideas and different viewpoints
* Collaboration with different business teams to identify and prioritise business problems that can be addressed through DART Program outcomes
* Play an influential role in testing and quality assurance processes
* Use strategic thinking to connect activities to overarching policy priorities and the Commission's goals
* Identify, report and manage risks
* Confidently present messages in a clear, concise, and articulate manner
* Work within agile frameworks, collaborating with teams to ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Build and sustain relationships with a network of key people internally and externally
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders from a variety of disciplines
* Accurately document requirements, business processes, solution designs and other documentation, including clear and accurate diagrams
* Respond in a positive and flexible manner to change and uncertainty

About the Role

* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify and prioritise business problems
* Strategically approach these business problems, working with stakeholders across the business, to create innovative solutions, which align with the Commission's goals
* Take ownership of requirements prioritisation and consult with stakeholders as required
* Work within agile frameworks, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
* Develop tailored strategies for CRM solutions, focusing on business optimisation and process improvements, which map back to overall program objectives and benefits.
* Accurately document business processes, solution designs

Mandatory Requirement

* Baseline security clearance is required.
* NV1 security clearance may be required.

Essential criteria

1.Demonstrated experience as Senior Business Analyst working closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams in complex program environments

2.Extensive CRM experience and ability to demonstrate working across analytical roles supporting CRM implementations

3.Advanced analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills

4.Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate discussions and workshops to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders

5.Excellent written communication skills, including ability to document clear requirements and other documentation, including clear diagrams.

6.Experience working in complex agile environments, with an ability to adapt to changes in project direction and stakeholder expectations

1. Experience in developing data-driven solutions to inform business strategy and decision-making.

Desirable criteria

1.Experience in requirements prioritisation and product ownership (preferrable)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: $120.00 – $135.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
