National Leadership Role | Out-of-Home Media
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Direct Sales to lead and grow our national direct revenue portfolio. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proven media sales executive ready to shape strategy, drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for end-to-end revenue performance across the direct sales channel, combining strategic leadership with hands-on management of key national advertiser relationships.
This role will suit a commercially driven leader from the Out-of-Home, media, or asset-based advertising sector who understands how to unlock network value, grow digital revenue and secure long-term advertiser partnerships.
Responsibilities
* Lead the direct sales team to achieve revenue, margin and occupancy targets
* Drive new business acquisition and strategic account growth
* Manage a portfolio of national direct advertiser clients
* Build and maintain relationships with third-party sales representatives
* Identify opportunities for bundled offerings, long-term contracts and digital revenue growth
* Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and sales reporting
* Provide revenue performance insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board
* Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing national sales team
About You / Qualifications
* 15+ years' experience in senior sales roles
* Background in Out-of-Home media, advertising, signage or similar asset-based industries
* Proven ability to lead teams and deliver sustained revenue growth
* Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Experience managing national advertiser relationships and complex deals
