In practice this looks like:
* Supporting Account Directors and the wider sales team across the full client cycle, from booking confirmation through to campaign delivery.
* Acting as a reliable first point of contact once bookings are confirmed, helping keep communication clear and coordinated.
* Bringing campaigns to life by managing material instructions accurately and making sure every detail is ready to go.
* Working closely with internal teams across promotions, talent and sales to deliver campaigns in a joined‐up, collaborative way.
* Helping create a seamless experience for clients by supporting every stage of the implementation journey.
* Contributing to trade and partner events, from helping coordinate logistics to managing guest lists and supporting team presence on the day.
* Playing an active part in the energy of the team by showing up, pitching in and helping keep momentum high.
* Celebrating team wins together and sharing in the success that comes from working towards the same goal.
