Position Overview:
Irene McCormack Catholic College is seeking a dynamic and faith driven educator to lead the Religious Education Learning Area. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing curriculum delivery, staff development, and student engagement in Religious Education across Years 7–12. This role requires a commitment to the Catholic ethos and active participation in the spiritual life of the College.

Provide a reference from their Parish Priest Be a practicing catholic Must be prepared to support the Catholic ethos of the College
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the Religious Education Learning Area, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning practices.
· Support and mentor staff in professional development and accreditation processes.
· Oversee the development and implementation of the Religious Education curriculum in alignment with CEWA guidelines.
· Promote student wellbeing through pastoral programs and faith-based initiatives.
· Collaborate with College leadership to foster a robust Catholic identity and community connection.
· Contribute to whole- school planning, liturgical events, and evangelisation strategies.
