A diverse and fairly autonomous role, you will take on a hybrid position, combining traditional PA/EA duties (diary management, appointment setting) whilst also managing social media marketing initiatives alongside contracts management for both residential sales and developments.
This is a business looking for the right cultural fit as a priority. As such, the role is offered with flexibility to work partly from home (WFH) as well as accommodating either Full-Time hours or reduced hours / school hours for the right applicant.
Requirements
* Strong residential sales administration and contracts management experience is essential
* Experience with VaultRE and CANVA (highly regarded)
* Social media management experience (highly regarded)
* Innovative/Forward thinking- Either experience with AI tools or open to learning
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and presentation
* Self starter, comfortable working autonomously
* Own car and driving license
* Real Estate Certificate (highly regarded)
