As a seasoned technology expert, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our critical internal and customer virtualised compute environments. Your expertise will be instrumental in pro-active maintenance and reactive incident response.

* Assist users with access and security management.
* Own the administration and management of user access domains and groups.
* Identify and remediate vulnerabilities within defined SLAs across multiple platforms and vendors.

You will also contribute to our exciting journey in supporting cutting-edge cloud hosted and on-premises technologies including:

* VMware vSphere
* Windows Server Administration
* Backup and Storage Platforms
* Security and Protection applications
* Active Directory administration and support
* OS patch management using WSUS, SCCM, Repo server
* Protection Applications (Symantec, Microsoft Defender)
* Vulnerability management and remediation
* Service Now SNOW experience

Additionally, you will work within a structured environment that follows standard IT service management practices based on ITIL principles. You will be an escalation point for more complex Cloud and DC incidents that the Service Desk or other teams may encounter.

This is a full-time opportunity with a 38-hour week. You will work from home 2 days a week and spend 3 days in the office with some flexibility. You will have opportunities to earn 'on call/call out' allowances for after-hours work on planned changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
Experience with VMWare, Microsoft, and Cisco computing platforms will be highly considered. Certifications from major vendors for systems like VMWare, Microsoft, and Cisco will be well regarded.
