In this role, you'll work closely with experienced Leasing Executives, gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of commercial leasing and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold canvassing and outbound calls using CRM (REX)
- Respond to leasing enquiries and coordinate inspections
- Research competing listings across commercial property portals
- Prepare marketing schedules, leasing documentation and Heads of Agreement
- Maintain accurate data and documentation across REX and Google Drive
- Generate listing and enquiry reports and assist with marketing materials
- Liaise with valuers and support the management of the leasing evidence database
- Work closely with Property Management to ensure seamless handovers
- Attend property inspections and support Directors with ad hoc tasks
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident when dealing with clients, tenants and contractors
- Able to work independently and show initiative
- Team player with a flexible, solutions-focused attitude
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, REX, RealWorks and RP Data
- Working knowledge of commercial real estate documentation (Form 6A, CTA)
Essential Requirements
- Queensland Sales Registration Certificate
- Open Driver's Licence
