The Role
Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will take ownership of key areas on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the ground, building strong relationships with subcontractors and keeping projects moving.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day site activities across your allocated areas
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers on site
* Drive programme outcomes and ensure works are delivered on schedule
* Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance
* Monitor progress and proactively manage site issues and risks
* Ensure works are completed in line with drawings and specifications
* Maintain accurate site records including daily reports and progress tracking
* Work closely with the wider project team to achieve key milestones
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction projects
* Experience working on large-scale builds, ideally $70m+
* Health Project experience would be preferable
* Strong knowledge of construction practices, sequencing and delivery
* Confident managing subcontractors and driving site performance
* Solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Proactive, organised and solutions focused
