Customer Service / Contact Centre Representatives (8 Roles) North Sydney | Full-Time Contract (21 Weeks) | $35–$38 per hour We are currently seeking 8 motivated Customer Service / Contact Centre Representatives to join a well-established organisation based in North Sydney. Starting 11th May, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment. About the Role As part of a high-performing customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries and delivering exceptional support. This role suits someone who thrives in a busy contact centre and enjoys problem-solving and helping people. You’ll also benefit from a structured 2–3 week training program designed to set you up for success from day one. Working Hours This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts: 8:00am – 4:00pm 9:00am – 5:00pm 10:00am – 6:00pm Occasional evening shifts: 12:00pm – 8:00pm Penalty rates apply for evening shifts Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate information and effective solutions Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times Work collaboratively within a team to meet service targets Navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment About You 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or contact centre roles (preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure Reliable, punctual, and committed to the full contract period Positive attitude and team-focused mindset What’s on Offer Competitive hourly rate: $35–$38 per hour Full-time hours with a consistent weekday schedule Paid, structured training program Supportive team culture in a well-known organisation Convenient North Sydney location Opportunity to build your experience and expand your career If you’re ready to take the next step in your customer service career, apply now and join a team that values your contribution!
