The Project
This is a complex, large scale, modern hospital redevelopment in Queensland that will benefit the people. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You'll Be Responsible For
* Lead end-to-end project delivery, aligning resources, programmes and governance from inception to handover.
* Champion Safety First, embedding visible leadership behaviors and Mace's HSW framework.
* Procure, manage and collaborate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver agreed scope, quality and outcomes.
* Control budgets, programmes, risks and change, ensuring issues are identified, mitigated and reported.
* Deliver objectives in line with the Project Execution Plan, achieving strategic KPIs and service excellence.
* Drive innovation, digital delivery, responsible business priorities and best practice across Mace Group.
You'll Need To Have
* Proven project management experience delivering medium to complex construction projects.
* Strong commercial, financial and programme control expertise across delivery phases.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation capabilities.
* Relevant professional qualifications, sector knowledge and strong HSE understanding.
