Job Title: Residential Care Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our Supported Independent Living (SIL) teams in the Wangaratta area. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality care and support services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and guidance to SIL teams to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support services
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Framework and Code of Conduct
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve best practice outcomes for residents
• Manage client files, medication administration, and staff supervision to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Participate in on-call rosters and provide senior shift support to staff
• Mentor and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
• Certificate III or above in the Disability sector
• SIL home Team Leader experience
• NDIS workers screening check
• WWCC
• Licence and access to a car on a regular basis
