Job Summary:
Seeking an accomplished leader to oversee the delivery of Client Service Delivery products and services across a region, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with state-wide policies.
* Lead and manage regional teams responsible for delivering excellent client service and support.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and deliver agreed outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Oversee budgets, resources, and staff capabilities to ensure effective service delivery and achieve consistency in policies, processes, and performance requirements.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive viable outcomes for the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and improve the performance of Customer Service Centres (CSCs) and Queensland Government Agency Program (QGAP) offices.
* Manage regional objectives, budget, resources, people capabilities, and issues relevant to the client service delivery program.
* Collaborate with the Product Leadership team to achieve consistency in delivery policies, processes, and performance requirements across the state.
* Develop and maintain strategic alliances and effective relationships with clients to deliver excellent results.
