About The Role

An award winning, well-known and established builder for building volume quality, custom homes is currently experiencing growth. Due to this, they are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Consultant to join their team in their NW Sydney display village in Box Hill.

Responsibilities

Reporting to an experienced and supportive Sales Manager and backed up by a well-oiled, high functioning head office administrative team, you will be well versed in the requirements of building dream homes on complex blocks, high quality finishes, and also have a solid understanding of duplex requirements. Ideally - you will also be experienced in putting together House & Land packages. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying customer's needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream homeUnderstand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for a KDR / duplex projectGenerating and following up leads to convert to salesDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with customersDeveloping external referral relationships with developers and real estate agentsConsistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry

About You

Whilst you must be available to work Saturday & Sunday, the ideal candidate will also be a driven, sales hunter who is also comfortable in making house call appointments with your valued clients and managing relationships across the sales process. You will love working out how you can bring your clients project to life, with no project too difficult.

A strong track record in new home sales, experience is a MUSTThorough understanding of current residential market trendsSound knowledge of KDR & duplex Demonstrated success in converting leads into salesKnowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plansAbility to build great relationships Good knowledge of IT systems and processes Ability to work weekends

Remuneration & Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a base salary around $75k+super and competitive commission structure (fixed & %%), OTE $250++++
