DUST GONE CLEANING is a leading commercial cleaning company servicing government facilities, healthcare centres, childcare centres and commercial buildings across Broome. Due to rapid business growth, we are seeking motivated, experienced professionals to join our team in the following full-time positions:
Salary:
AUD $75,000 – $77,000 per annum + superannuation

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, lead and inspect the daily work of commercial cleaning staff.
Allocate cleaning tasks and develop daily work schedules for staff.
Provide on-job training for new and existing cleaners.
Ensure cleaning standards and productivity levels are consistently met.
Monitor staff performance and adherence to company standards.
Ensure all areas, equipment and facilities are cleaned to required specifications.
Coordinate workforce during shifts and manage roster coverage.
Attend to enquiries and customer complaints regarding cleaning services.
Ensure proper handling, storage and disposal of chemicals and cleaning waste.
Operate and oversee the use of cleaning equipment, and arrange repairs when required.
Maintain stock levels and manage ordering of cleaning materials and products.
Conduct workplace health and safety checks and ensure WHS compliance.
Liaise with building managers and site supervisors.
Assist with budget control relating to cleaning operations.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 1 year full-time experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, products and equipment.
Ability to train, guide and motivate a cleaning team.
Strong English communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage rosters, workflows and staff performance.
Good problem-solving, organisational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
2. Commercial Cleaner
Salary:
AUD $69,000 – $70,000 per annum + superannuation
Employment Type:

Key Responsibilities:
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces.
Selecting and utilising appropriate cleaning agents to remove stains from surfaces.
Vinyl floor polishing and stripping.
Carpet cleaning.
Applying soil-repellent chemicals and deodorisers to surfaces to remove odours.
Reordering cleaning supplies as needed.
Replenishing toiletries, such as toilet paper, paper towels and hand wash.
Using chemicals, solvents, high-pressure water cleaners and other cleaning equipment, such as wet vacuums and other suction equipment.
Follow correct chemical use and safety procedures.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness, attention to detail and hygiene standards.
Adhere to relevant occupational health and safety guidelines.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience.
Good knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals and their applications.
Sufficient literacy and numeracy to read instructions and measure cleaning fluids.
Good English communication and customer service skills.
Strong time-management and ability to work independently.
Police Check or ability to obtain one.
