About the Role
This full-time management role sits within the Corporate - Finance and Operations team and is based at the Y Canberra Region Corporate Office in Deakin ACT, with travel across ACT and NSW sites as required.
You will lead the day-to-day coordination of procurement, supplier and contract management, and facilities operations to ensure all sites remain safe, compliant and fit-for-purpose.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating procurement activities and supplier relationships
* Managing contracts, leases and key renewal dates
* Overseeing and undertaking routine, preventative and reactive maintenance across sites
* Liaising with contractors and service providers
* Maintaining accurate records, compliance and reporting
What You'll Bring
* Experience in undertaking and overseeing facilities operations, including routine, preventative and reactive maintenance activities
* Qualifications or demonstrated experience in Operations, Facilities Management, Procurement, Contract Management or Finance
* Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience managing contractors, maintenance requests and supplier relationships
* Ability to maintain accurate records and manage competing priorities
* Current driver's licence
* Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP)
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* National Police Check and, if required, an International Police Check
