Worthington Ag Parts Australia is seeking an experienced Dismantler and Yard Person to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in the overall operations of our agricultural parts business.
What you'll be doing
* Carefully dismantle and salvage agricultural equipment and parts
* Organise and maintain the yard, ensuring all parts are stored correctly and efficiently
* Assist with the loading and unloading of parts and equipment
* Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers find the right parts
* Support other team members as required to ensure the smooth running of the business
* Adhere to WPHS and Environmental rules and regulation.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the agricultural or automotive parts industry
* Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to dismantle and salvage parts efficiently
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* A customer-focused approach and the ability to provide outstanding service
* Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team
* An individual with or willing to obtain a forklift license
