Your key responsibilities:
* Confidence in leadership, training and recruitment through to team development
* Commitment to achieving sales budgets and KPI targets
* Fantastic time management, delegation and task prioritising skills
* Managing rosters and wages
* Maintaining store presentation standards
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Experience in a retail management capacity
* Minimum of 1 year retail management experience required
* Excellent communication skills
* Store time management and organisational skills
* Exceptional leadership skills
* Tech savvy
