Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit project invoices
- Support internal and external stakeholder enquiries
- Assist with project administration
- Maintain project documentation
- Perform accounts receivable duties
- Conduct research and prepare reports
- Manage calendar and schedule meetings
- Provide administrative support to the team
Desirable
- Experience in a similar or related position
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
