Job Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced telephone operators to fill a vacant role at our wildlife rescue organization. Our phone service operates in 3 shifts each day: 6am to noon, 12 noon to 6pm, and 6pm to 10pm seven days a week. Successful candidates may volunteer for 1 shift a week or as many shifts as they like.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls from the public
* Providing information and assistance regarding wildlife rescue services
* Collaborating with team members to achieve our mission
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
