Ready to Launch Your Leadership Journey? Become an OSHC Assistant Coordinator at Chapel Hill State School Helping Hands
This is a permanent part-time opportunity that offers 20 hours per week across split shifts to support the service's operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6:30 - 8:45am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00 - 6:00pm (Stay and Play). You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too with our Holiday HQ Program
What You'll Be Doing – Your Adventure Starts Here
Get ready to co-manage a high-energy team of Educators, all while developing your leadership potential. This is your chance to be part of a vibrant, supportive community that thrives on fun, creativity, and teamwork.
Your role will include:
* Leading fun-filled programs where children explore everything from STEM and sports to arts & crafts (whatever sparks their imagination).
* Fostering strong connections with children, parents, and the school community to create a nurturing environment.
* Managing a team of passionate Educators, including organizing rosters and helping them grow in their roles.
* Assisting with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring everything runs smoothly, including compliance and administration .

What We're Looking For – Is This You?
A genuine love for working with children and making an impact.
Strong communication skills —you'll be guiding and supporting others
The ability to work well in a team and the desire to grow into a leadership role.
A National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain them).
Australian work rights .
A relevant qualification or be actively working towards one (per ACECQA standards).
