Job Summary
We are seeking a Relief Village Manager to support our relief functions. This role involves overseeing full village operations and ensuring exceptional customer service in the absence of the Village Manager.

* Oversight of Facilities, Housekeeping, Administration, Food & Beverage, etc.
* Delivery of exceptional customer service.

Requirements
* Relevant management or supervisory experience in hospitality.
* Tertiary qualifications in business or hospitality (desirable).
* Certificate II in Security Operations (will be offered if not held).
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or RMLV certificate (preferred).
* Advanced First Aid certificate (will be provided if not held).
* National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
* Proof of working rights within Australia.
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
* Strong people management skills.
* Proven financial and budget management skills.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience with accommodation software (preferably RMS9).
* Willingness to undertake psychometric testing.
