Accident and Emergency Department Nurse
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our busy Accident and Emergency Department at a private hospital in Perth.
About the Role:
* You will work with a diverse case mix in one of Western Australia's busiest Emergency Departments.
* You will assist with unit-based education/training activities and have ongoing responsibility for mentoring, role development, and enhancing nursing staff skills.
Your Requirements:
* You must be currently registered with AHPRA.
* You need a minimum five years' experience working in an Emergency Department with both adult and paediatric emergency expertise or three years' experience and an Emergency Specialty Post-Graduate qualification.
* You should be able to manage designated portfolio and display sound leadership skills.
* You should have demonstrated knowledge/experience in accreditation processes, clinical indicators, and other quality projects.
* You should have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
You should have proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
